About This Course

This 2 hour class is perfect for anyone that has a baby or child and wants to learn some basic first aid skills without being overwhelmed with technical information. The session empowers parents/grandparents and carers and gives you the confidence to act fast in an emergency. Babies under 12 months welcome The class covers: - Infection control when giving first aid - CPR & recovery positions - Choking - Meningitis - Anaphylaxis - Burns - Head Injuries - Febrile Seizures - Broken Bones - Poison - Bleeding & Bandaging

Cancellation Policy

By booking through Bump, Birth & Beyond (Horsham) Ltd you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms below. We have tried to make this as easy as possible but please make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions. Please contact us if you have any concerns. We will offer a full refund, minus a £12 booking fee, on all courses providing we have received written correspondence via email from yourselves a minimum of 14 days prior to the course start date. Any bookings which are cancelled within 14 days of the course start date will be subject to a 50% refund on the course cost and any associated booking fees. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the course start date will not qualify for any refund. Failure to attend the first session of the course without prior correspondence may result in you forfeiting your place on the course. We appreciate that there may be unfortunate or extenuating circumstances where a full refund would be fair and proper, even if cancellation is made after the 14 day or 48 hour cut off. If this is the case, we will contact you directly and arrange a refund accordingly, however his will be at the discretion of the Bump, Birth and Beyond Management Team.
